Nursery Practitioner Opportunity!  We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated team in Ealing, London. This role is ideal for a newly qualified practitioner looking to start their early years career, or an experienced practitioner seeking a new long term challenge!     Salary: Up to £13.95ph / £29,000pa (Depending on qualifications/experience)  Days/Hours:  40 hours over 4 or 5 days / Shifts patterns between 7.30am-6.30pm Permanent Contract / All Year Round Benefits: Free onsite parking and local transport links Supportive team and management  Pension Scheme  Training and progression opportunities within the company  Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences that reflect children’s interests and individual needs Providing nurturing care and supporting children’s wellbeing, confidence and independence Safeguarding children and maintaining a safe, secure and stimulating environment Observing and recording children’s progress to inform their next steps in learning Building positive relationships with parents, carers, colleagues and other professionals About You: Qualified Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare Previous Nursery or Childcare Experience  Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development. Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge  Able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Right to work in the UK.
