Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified practitioner or an experienced practitioner looking for a new long-term role within a welcoming childcare setting. Our nursery provides a warm, supportive environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore and develop through play. You will be joining a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care and supporting every child's individual development. Hours: 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days), Monday to Friday. Permanent, all year round position. Requirements * Previous childcare or nursery experience preferred. * Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification desirable. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach. * Commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing. * Ability to work effectively as part of a friendly nursery team.
